The field was alive. The cheers were electric. And for one unforgettable day, YCIS Chongqing became a stage for determination, laughter, and pure school spirit.

Exemplifying our sports day theme “The Future Looks Bright When We Play Sports,” students from Early Childhood to Secondary took to the track, field, and courts. From sprints and relays to tug-of-war and long jump, our young athletes gave it their all—earning high-fives and personal bests along the way.

Then came a showstopper: the parent relay. As mums and dads dashed down the track, students roared from the sidelines, eyes wide. For a few thrilling moments, roles reversed, and joy filled the air.

In the afternoon, teamwork took center stage. Football, basketball, dodgeball, handball, badminton, and volleyball had houses competing with fierce yet friendly spirit. Every pass, every save, every cheer brought us closer together.
