Our Parents

At YCIS Chongqing, we believe it is greatly beneficial to students' academic and social success for the entire family to be a part of their child's school life.

This is why we work hand-in-hand with families to foster their child's healthy development and successful education. Parents can participate in their child's school life through an open and regular line of communication with our teachers, and they are encouraged to become involved in a wide range of events and activities for the school community.

At YCIS Chongqing, we employ a full-time Parent Relations Officer to serve as a liaison between parents, the community, and the school's administration. She also works closely with parent groups on campus, including the Parent Organisation (PO), in helping to enrich the life of both the school and the parent community.

Sharing educational information on a regular basis is also integral to school and family cooperation. We hold seminars and workshops for parents each semester regarding our programme, children's learning topics, living in China, and much more.
