Chongqing, China — May 23 —On Friday, May 23, YCIS Chongqing had the honor of welcoming representatives from the Chongqing Municipal Education Commission.
The visit was initiated in response to a proposal titled "Integrating Anti-Bullying Initiatives into Daily Campus Life," submitted by Dr. Rae Wang, a member of the Chongqing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) and Senior Curriculum Compliance Officer at Yew Chung Yew Wah Educational Network. Guided by Ms. Janelle Chen, General Manager of the local company of Chongqing, Yew Chung Yew Wah Educational Network, the delegation toured the school’s modern campus, gaining valuable insights into its educational philosophy and achievements.
During the meeting, Ms. May Ren, Head of the Student Support Department of YCIS Chongqing, shared the school’s best practices and experiences in anti-bullying and child protection with the visitors. The discussions were in-depth and productive, with both sides carefully evaluating the practicality of implementing the proposal across other schools in the region.
This visit provided meaningful insights into advancing anti-bullying efforts in YCIS Chongqing and opened new opportunities for our school to further enhance its initiatives.
