On January, the ECE held our annual Chinese New Year celebration. This year theme was in the style of a sports day, with traditional Chinese New Year elements running throughout.

Starting in the ECE playground, children and their parents participated in a range of outdoor games, from the challenging ‘Iron Hoop relay’, to the less demanding, but just as fun, ‘Musical mats’! Moving into the Great Hall, after a much needed short break, the fun and games continued. The ECE dads did a great job in the arm wrestling competition, with K4 just coming out on top! A humorous and entertaining game of ‘Truth or Dare’ followed, before ending with a Chinese New Year tradition of dumpling making.

All in all, it was a wonderful event, and we are pleased that everyone involved had an enjoyable time!
