Philosophy for Children (P4C) has continued to be a great success in Primary. We now have the majority of staff trained as a Level 1 P4C facilitator with plans for more to move onto their Level 2a. As well as more staff throughout school being trained as Level 1 facilitators.

Each week, children are given the opportunity to take part in a P4C lesson as well as P4C activities being used to deepen thinking across all areas of the curriculum. Children across Primary are engaging in a wide variety of stimuli. They are improving their thinking, questioning, speaking and listening skills and we are excited to see these skills being transferred in their other lessons.
