Yew Chung International School of Chongqing (YCIS-CQ) is proud to announce a high set of International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) results for the May 2025 examination session. The results reflect the determination of our students, the dedication of our teachers, and the steadfast support of our entire school community.
• 100 % Pass Rate
All candidates earned the full IB Diploma, marking the school's seventh consecutive year of maintaining a 100% pass rate. This achievement reflects the school’s culture of academic rigor and holistic support.
• 80 % Awarded the Bilingual Diploma
Demonstrating true global citizenship and linguistic versatility, 80% of our graduates secured the prestigious bilingual diploma.
• 40 % Scored 40 Points and Above
Nearly half of our cohort joined the elite group of IB students who achieved 40 or more points out of a possible 45, a benchmark that opens doors to the world’s top universities.
• 20 % Achieved 44 Points
Two students attained a near-perfect score of 44, reflecting their personal commitment and academic excellence.
• 35.8 Average Diploma Score
Our cohort’s average of 35.8 comfortably surpasses the 2025 world average Diploma score of 30.58, reinforcing YCIS’s position as a leading IB World School.
