After doing lots of work during their Global Citizenship time, the Year 2s decided that they wanted their assembly to be about the GCLP trait of ‘Principled and Responsible’. The students created the entire assembly, it was their ideas and what they wanted to say and they chose how they wanted to share the information with the audience. Some groups chose to act or speak on stage, some groups chose to make videos and some groups chose to make PowerPoints.

During this process the children have been script-writers, singers, actors, public-speakers, camera operators, PowerPoint writers and editors, and the teachers were no more than assistants.
