    • There was certainly plenty of ‘Christmas Cheer’ around the campus in the last week of Semester 1.

On Wednesday, 18th December, our ECE students enjoyed the opportunity to join with their parents in celebrating their considerable learning but also the onset of the festive season, with some Christmas delights shared by all.

On Thursday, 19th December, the Primary students were treated to a Christmas performance at the school Great Hall. Year 1 presented the ‘ABC of Christmas’ and worked as a team to display the significant learning from semester 1. Year 2 students sang two Christmas songs enthusiastically to delight the audience and Year 5 recorder students played exquisitely to a Christmas tune. We thank the Year 1, 2 and 5 teaching teams for developing these performances with their students.

On Friday, 20th December, we concluded the semester with the Christmas Concert that showcased our Year 1 and 2 performers, who opened the show, which then featured performances by the Orchestra, Year 7-12 Music students and those students who entered the Talent Show. This was a wonderful way to end our semester, with plenty of Christmas joy and frivolity on display.

We look forward to seeing all our students on Tuesday 7th January, refreshed and eager to begin Semester 2.
