Fee Schedule - Academic Year 2011/2012 Kindergarten 2 to Year 13

Application Fee (for new students) Amount: 1,230 RMB; non-refundable.
Placement Deposit
The Placement Deposit is a one-time, refundable, non-interest bearing deposit required to be paid to the school, and will be held by the school for the duration of the student’s enrolment. The school has a first right to settle any outstanding fees or amounts owing to the school, either during the student’s attendance at the school, or after the student’s withdrawal, using the Placement Deposit. The Placement Deposit, after deductions for any amounts owing to the school, will be returned within 45 days after all withdrawal procedures have been completed.

Semester 1 or Annual Tuition Fees must be paid no later than July 1, 2011.
Semester 2 Tuition Fees must be paid no later than December 1, 2011.
For mid-year applications, the tuition fees will be calculated on a monthly pro-rata basis, and based on a ten-month academic year and inclusive of the month in which the student plans to start attending school.
Early Bird Discount (On Tuition Fees only)
Parents/guardians may enjoy a five per cent (5%) discount on annual Tuition Fees only (excluding other school fees), if the full annual 2011-2012 School Fees payment is received by our bank no later than May 1, 2011. (The date of receipt is determined by our bank acknowledgement.)
Annual Payment Discount (On Tuition Fees only)
Parents/guardians may enjoy a three per cent (3%) discount on annual Tuition Fees only (excluding other school fees), if the full annual 2011-2012 School Fees payment is received by our bank after May 1, 2011 and no later than July 1, 2011. (The date of receipt is determined by our bank acknowledgement.)

For occasional bus service requested, RMB 150 a day for both morning and afternoon bus service. Due to limited bus seats on pre-set routes, occasional bus service can not be guaranteed. Official requests must be made through the School Office, by parents/guardians, at least one day in advance.

Settlement of Payments
Any payments received by the school will be applied firstly towards the Placement Deposit, if not yet settled. Any outstanding payments must be settled according to the school fee schedule.
Late Payment Charge
A late payment charge of two per cent (2%) per month, compounded monthly, will be charged on all school fees that are overdue.

Payment can be made by bank transfer payable to the School’s USD or RMB bank account. For easy identification, please forward a copy of your bank remittance advice with your child’s passport name to our Accounts Office. (See below).

2) Pay in person
Cash (in RMB) payments in person can be accepted at the Yew Chung Chongqing campus. Large cash payments are NOT recommended.
Note: Credit Cards and Personal Cheques cannot be accepted.
Please contact the Accounts Office within 30 days of payment if you do not received the fapiao or the fapiao is issued incorrect.

Refunds
Please refer to the Withdrawal and Refund Policies and Procedures document.
In case of inconsistencies between the English version of the Withdrawal and Refund Policies and Procedures and the Chinese version of same, the English version shall prevail.
