Thank you for your interest in enrolling your child into Yew Chung International School of Chongqing (YCIS Chongqing). The following items must be received by the school before an application can be processed. Documents can be submitted in person or by fax, email, or mail. Any questions? - YCIS Chongqing Student Application Form (completed in full, signed and dated)
- Photocopies of school academic reports / records and any other relevant documentation for the most recent two years (for Year 1 applicants and below, please include any school reports/records, if available). These reports/records must be in either English or Chinese, translated if needed by an authorised agency.
- Application fee (non-refundable) of RMB1,230 yuan::
- Cash (in RMB only); or
- Electronic / bank transfer
Note: Credit card and personal cheques cannot be accepted.
- Three passport-sized photos for each child with the passport name of the child neatly printed on the back of each photo.
- Photocopies of the passport and visa page of both the child and the parents.

Once all of the above items have been received by the school, we will contact you regarding any further information or assessment needed for your child. After we have completed our review, we will issue you a decision promptly.
