Our multi-faceted programme aims to open young peoples' ears to as many different types of music as possible whilst building the technical skills which will equip a child, both aurally and manually, to enjoy music-making for the rest of their lives.

There is great excitement at YCIS Chongqing when students were able to open their new violins and have their first lesson! With two lessons and two practice times per week allocated in the timetable we are expecting fast progress!
