 This
new school year is a very special time for us, which marks the 75th Anniversary
of the founding of Yew Chung by my mother, Madame Tsang Chor-hang. I take this
opportunity to honour her, along with the entire Yew Chung community, for her
vision of an educational system that would grow from a seed planted in Hong
Kong in 1932 ...

Yew Chung International School of Chongqing (YCIS Chongqing) is the first international school in Chongqing City, China. The Chongqing Municipal Government encouraged the establishment of the school and the official registration was completed in September 2001. In winter 2007, YCIS Chongqing moved into a new and most beautiful, purpose-built campus. It is situated adjacent to Huangjue Park on Jinyu Road in the New Northern Chongqing Development Area, nestled safely between two tunnels, with an inspiring panoramic view from many of the classrooms. |
